Thank You for Visiting!

Max Levy and Ashleigh Hollowell, Editors

As another school year comes to a close, we wanted to take the opportunity to extend a sincere thank you to everyone who has visited our website in its first year of production. Our readers are what have kept our staff motivated to continue to pump out stimulating and informational articles. We thank you for staying interested in what our writers have offered to each of our publications, from our community edition, the Woodland Tribune, to our brand new website, thepantherperspective.com.

As a journalism class, we have certainly faced our fair share of challenges. Articles were not always ready by their deadline. Scheduled interviews seemed to fall through more often than not. From each obstacle, we learned the invaluable skill of improvisation. We are happy to say that we remained motivated and powered through complications in order to supply you, our readers, with fresh articles to the best of our ability. In our first experience publishing a website, we certainly learned a multitude of tricks and tips that will allow us to continue to improve our publication in the coming years. The Woodland Tribune taught us the importance of planning ahead, meeting deadlines, and producing quality articles consistently. Needless to say, the entire 2012-2013 school year has been a learning experience for our class, and we certainly look forward to continuing to provide reliable publications for years to come.

On behalf of the entire Panther Perspective/Woodland Tribune Staff, thank you for picking up our paper or visiting our website. Summer will provide an opportunity to rest and reflect on the school year, and we will continue publication in August when school begins again. We hope that you have enjoyed, and will continue to enjoy, our work in the coming years. Thanks again, and have an excellent summer!
